Each room is unique - with individual characteristics and amenities. Therefore, an individual room rate is assigned to each room, based on these characteristics. See the individual room descriptions to assist you in choosing or call with any questions. TAXES:

MasterCard, Visa, Check or Cash are due upon guest arrival. For cardholder protection, we do not store card information and require an actual card to complete the transaction as we do not process any card charges in advance of guest arrival.

Service/Therapy Dogs with papers are allowed AND our B&B Cat "Kate" has office, outside and Innkeeper quarter privileges but is not allowed to roam the B&B proper.RATES AND POLICIES:
Rates and Policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and/or with special requests. To be clear we take reservations sometimes up to a year in advance and when you make a very early reservation to preserve a date your room rates are subject to seasonal change and/or cost of living increases in the interim between booking and arrival.
The early booking will secure your reservation dates, but not your your room rates which will be based on the rates for your actual arrival date.
