Both properties have implemented the Pennsylvania Bed and Breakfast "Promise" protocols for your safety. Our small size helps us to further limit the risk of exposure since there are no crowds.
FYI: Meadville is designated GREEN for a reason -Our City and County residents and business's have been and continue to be conscientious in observing the two most important protocols: masks and physical distancing.
As a GREEN destination you will find many restaurants are now open with either appropriately spaced dining or take out options. We have restaurant information available to help you with your choices.
The Carriage House built in 1860 and beautifully renovated over the years is a privately gated and fenced property right behind Mayor Lord's House B&B located in the heart of Meadville on over 2 acres of hidden natural and landscaped beauty. Guests are invited to share in the joy of this beautiful retreat, complete with many outside tables providing a private space for reading, relaxing or enjoying a glass of wine. Birders might want to bring their bird book... chirping abounds.
Mayor Lord's House built 1920 is the original property and a favorite since its establishment as a B&B in 2004 now connected to the adjacent Carriage House Extension via a convenient path.

The innkeeping staff offers a warm welcome to all and are available to assist with dinner plans, directions or information on the local area. We do require that you wear a mask upon arrival for the protection of our staff and other B&B guests. We will have ours on too!

The Carriage House offers an additional 4 on suite rooms with private baths in a beautifully restored large carriage house and offers 2 acres of beautiful garden space fenced and gated within the block behind Mayor Lord's House.
