Accommodations:  Mayor Lord's House offers your choice of four guest rooms all with private baths and a Queen and Twin bed. The extra twin bed is ideal for those visiting the college or anyone needing an extra bed!

The newly renovated and expanded Mayor Lord's Suite is on the first floor and has an additional twin bed and an abbreviated kitchen in a separate room. This Suite is especially nice if you want to have the flexibility of staying on a special diet and a little more relaxation space when traveling. 

We also offer a new combination which works well for families - the Baldwin 2 room Package.  Newly named the Baldwin BOGO Package as it automatically includes the Baldwin and Huidekoper Rooms - in one booking. These rooms are side by side and and each room has a queen and twin - they are only available as a package. Note: The private bathroom for these two rooms is a separate private hallway bathroom - private and designated for the Baldwin/Huidekoper use only.

Inside Relaxation Spaces: Find your perfect space to sit and relax whether your on-line, reading or enjoying a glass of wine.
Outside Relaxation Spaces: Porches and a Sunken Garden - during the summer months enjoy one of our three separate outdoor spaces, or walk over and enjoy the the Carriage House outdoor spaces and (seasonal) pool.
Walk path to Carriage House: Room binders have a property map - Mayor Lord's House guests are welcome walk  over to the the attached Carriage House grounds. Seasonal options are Croquet, Bocce, Swimming, Bird watching  and the pool (open June 1 to September 1) area.

NOTE: Grounds and Pool Use Exceptions: The exceptions to grounds/pool (outdoor heated pool open June 1st to September 1st) would be if there is a private event booked for grounds or pool. In those cases event times would need to be respected and another swim time chosen.
