Mayor Lord’s House Bed & Breakfast is centrally located two blocks from Allegheny College. It is within walking distance of downtown Meadville, the Crawford County Courthouse, and the Meadville Medical Center. Points of interest in downtown Meadville include a cinema, pubs, restaurants, the Academy Theatre and our historic Market House. Look on line for detailed community resources as there have been many business changes and searching under your topics of interest is currently the best option.

ERNST BIKE TRAIL
Experience the beauty of Pennsylvania by biking the Ernst Trail. This Rails to Trails local treasure is open dawn to dusk. One nearby trailhead is conveniently located off Route 322 between I-79 and Meadville Pa. Additional trail heads that can be found on-line at ernsttrail.org and a new extension is underway bringing the trail right into the heart of Meadville - a true community treasure!



Downtown Meadville Shopping

Annual Events
Held every August in Meadville, Pennsylvania, the Crawford County Fair is one of the largest agricultural venues east of the Mississippi River, and possibly the oldest county fair in Pennsylvania. The concerts are a popular attraction and admission is only $8 an includes free rides.
Held annually in June, The Thurston Classic is open to the public free of charge. Food, drink and children's entertainment are available.
In August, the Crawford County Area Chamber of Commerce sponsors a classic car and motorcycle cruise on North and Market Street. Enjoy Friday night entertainment and strolling through Diamond Park to view the arts & craft vendors.
If you're in Meadville in October, don't miss the annual Halloween Parade. It is the largest night time parade in Pennsylvania.
